You are aware, that Apple stopped the print support for Aperture books and other Aperture Print products? Apple now only supports printing from Photos for Mac.
How to save the PDF to be printed by other print services will depend on the service you are using.
Generally, there is a Print button in the book panel to save your book to PDF. The Print panel, that will pop up has a "PDF" button in the lower left corner.

Jun 23, 2016 7:37 AM in response to SusApplby PrestoMeghan,Hi SusAppl!
I'm Meghan with PrestoPhoto. Here is a screenshot showing exactly how to save the file to export to our site:

The one thing to be careful of is making sure you export a "Borderless PDF". Here is a link to our Advanced Aperture Help Page with detailed instructions on how to do this as well! https://www.prestophoto.com/help/Apple+Aperture+Printing#borderless
I hope this helps - I'm here and on Live Chat on PrestoPhoto if you need any assistance from here.
