    If the wi-fi will not turn on after the network reset, your only alternatives are to try a restore from backup, and a restore to factory. If a restore to factory will not do it, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store. That is assuming that you have performed all of the troubleshooting in the support document that you linked from.
