Q: Can't cancel my Apple Music subscription?
I've moved from the UK and am back in the US. I want to change my billing information but Apple in all of your imminent wisdom has just made it impossible for me to do this all because of Apple Music. My subscription just updated in April automatically. Now I'm being told that I have to wait a year for my subscription to expires before updating my country. That means I can't update my billing address and information on my current account. So do I have to create a new account to do this? And will I lose all my other data in the wonder iCloud that has been attached to my Macbook Pro and iPad that were both purchased in the UK? This is absolutely frustrating as a consumer. How can I get this fixed before next spring 2017?
