apps it says your ID has need disabled. And I can sing in to App Store. But
I couldn't update my apps. May you help me with that please.

Thank you for following up. I am glad you were able to successfully reset your Apple ID password. If your getting the Apple ID disabled message when updating, it's possible that a different Apple ID was used to download apps and that ID is disabled. When you try to update apps, check the Apple ID shown to see if it is different than what you've been using. If so, try the same steps to reset the password.
