Q: App Dragons of Atlantis - Heirs of the Dragon

I have been struggeling with Gaea since thair new relese of Dragons of Atlantis, since it is not working neither on my iphone 5 or ipad air 2, both upgraded with lastest iOS.

 

I have summarized my problems, but tech support i lacking in their skills of solving this issue on a game that I have been playing for about 3-4 years now. This means that all my time and spent money are frozen into a broken game, where everything works except for the realm where I am playing (Zoticus).

 

Some of my related problems are

 

 

1. Arena can not be accessed.

 

2. Dragon arena newer stops loading after a fight.
3. Wall can not be accessed. (yesterday it worked? 20160622)
4. Rubin mine do don display.
5. Some generals can not be used since they are locked somehow.
6. Daily rewards do not show up.

7. Farmed dragon food can´t be found anywhere.

 

I have search with Gaea more then 10 times, however they are just suggesting use wifi, lastest ios och clean cache...

 

I have performed all suggested tips several times including reinstallation, factory reset, and alot more, however the game is not working is it should!

 

I want to reclaim some of my the money that I have spent, however the time is consumed, but I would like to prefere a solution, and a working game, but that seems to be out of the question. I would also like to be compensated for all these task that I have dont with out begin able to collect the rewards for it.

    Since you have same problem on two different types of iOS devices that would point to a problem with the app.

    You can try the following:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost      

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Delete and reinstall the app

    - Reset all settings                  

    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:                                               

    Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

    I have done all reset related things, and also a factory reset, tested air plane mode... This issue is app related since is occurs on several models and some of my playmates also have the same problem, and it is only i realm Zoticus so I guess that Gaes should check if old accounts in Zoticus are different somehow.
