I Have i phone 6s , just 45 days old.. Its losing its rosegold colour on its own.. Using it in silicon colour even from day 1... Very bad.

Since your device is still under warranty, take it to the next Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and let them have a look at it.
If you can't, call Apple Support or contact them online.
I Have visited the apple care.. What they are saying is, it is customer induced cosmatic problem. And it is not covered under apple warranty.
dont know what they want to show.. I have just used my ph for 40 days.. And its losing its colour like its painted on the metal. Just like some paint from the wet walls. And they are sying it is a customer induced problem. M surprised from their answer.
moreover, THE SIM TRAY HAS LOSEN ITS ROSEGOLD COLOUR, which is always kept inside the phone.
And the cuts where volume button lies, are also losibg colour.. Even around the camera lens.
apple and its policies. Shocked.
Sorry, but since we are all users here, just like you, we can't do anything about Apple's decisions.
