Can you explain what you mean by "can't access my user name in iCloud"? Are you trying to log into www.icloud.com? What are these many things you've tried? The more details you give us, the better the answers you'll get.
If the phone is locked to someone else's Apple ID, unless that person unlocks the phone, there is nothing anyone else can do to assist you, including Apple.
