Q: Siri not working on 3G/4G

Hi,

On the last weeks Siri stopped working on my iPhone 6 with IOS 9.3.2 with 3G/4G connection.

Siri suddenly stopped working when I'm connected to my cellular network.

I tried to reset network settings to no avail.

With Wi-Fi connection Siri works.

On iPhone 5 Siri works on the same cellular network, on other iPhone 6 on same network Siri not works too..

I talked with my cellular company, them told me me that they haven't communication problem and told me to contact to Apple.

Any ideas?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2, null

    Hello LiorK.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities.

I see that you are having an issue with Siri on your iPhone 6. I'm happy to provide you with some direction to resolve this.

Let's start by performing the steps in the "Get help with Siri" section, in this Apple knowledge base article:

Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Specifically this section:

If Siri isn't available, or doesn't understand or respond to questions.

Before you try these steps, make sure that your device works with Siri. After each step, see if Siri is working.

    1. Make sure that your iOS device has an Internet connection through Wi-Fi or cellular data.
    2. On your iOS device, make sure that Siri is turned on under Settings > General > Siri.
    3. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
    4. On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Siri and turn off Siri. Then turn it on again.
    5. If you're using an iOS device, try to use Siri with a headset. If Siri only works when you're using a headset, get help with the microphones on your device.
    6. Contact Apple Support.

    Have a nice day.
