Where Do I Find All The Apps I've Purchased Over The Years?

I want to review the apps I've purchased for my devices over the years, but can't seem to find out where that list of apps purchased is located. The reason I ask this is that I have 2 apps that is offering me to purchase an unlimited lifetime purchase, again? I think I purchased these apps with the lifetime purchase, but now it is unusable because it doesn't reflect that I've already purchased these apps. Now these apps want me to purchase again? These apps are Guitar Tab Pro and Tabs HD apps. Also, the Tabs HD app doesn't even open anymore on my iPad mini? It appears to want to open, but immediately shuts down. Please direct me to my purchased apps in my account so I can verify my purchases. Thanks.

Dell, Windows 7

Both of those apps are free in and of themselves. However they do offer in-app subscription based services. Finding your purchased apps is not going to help with identifying your active or inactive subscriptions.
