FCPX 10.2.3 film canister icon question?

I am working on FCPX 10.2.3 and my project timeline is not showing the film canister icon to flip between the projects like it shows in the video tutorials. How do I get it to appear?

To step back in your opened project timelines, click the left-facing arrow (and vice versa).

TThe icon you're referring to is from an obsolete version of the application. projects are stored in the events inside the library
