Hi everyone,
I'm trying to save a new FCPX Library to my Apple Airport Time Capsule external hard drive,
but it won't let me, saying 'Unsupported volume type - Choose a local or SAN location.'
This is the first time I have tried to save FCPX media to my Apple Airport Time Capsule external hard drive.
Can anyone help/give advice?

YYou can't use a Time Machine designated drive to store an FCP library. You need to get another drive.
I Wish I knew that before I brought the Time Capsule.
What are my options?
I have an old Lacie hard drive, can I save FCPX library to Lacie hard drive then transfer to Time Capsule?
Seems pointless that Time Capsule can't be used to save FCPX files.
What's it for if not for storage?
I may as well sell Time Capsule.
Well, would this hard drive be worth getting to store Final Cut Pro X 10.2.2 Libraries?:
LaCie Porsche Design P'9233 3TB USB 3.0 7200RPM Desktop Mac External Hard Drive
DO not transfer libraries to a Time Machine drive in the Finder. LaCie boxes are OM as long as they're Mac OS formatted.
