Q: Apple ID disabled, unable to reset password

Hello,

Today i reset and updated my iphone 4 to iOS 7.1.2. After that i got message to Activate iPhone. I entered a few times wrong password and my Apple ID got disabled. I went to appleid.apple.com to reset password, but i got message "email is not an Apple ID".
