Take it in to Apple to have it fixed. With the Touch ID sensor, you really don't want to be messing with it.

Take your iPhone to an Apple Store > http://www.apple.com/retail/storelist/
Or you can send it in for service > Other iPhone Repairs - Official Apple Support
In the mean time go Settings > General > Accessibility > AssitiveTouch > Toggle On
