It looks like your iPad Air has been charging slowly and now not at all with the charger that came with it. We can check a few things out.

It could be that the wall charger is one made to work with an iPhone and not the iPad. iPads need higher wattage chargers due to them having bigger batteries than iPhones and iPod touches. If the charger is the right one, and since you've restart it, let's force restart to see if that changes things with the iPad before connecting it to a computer with iTunes installed to see if iTunes sees it and charges it: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If it doesn't charge through the computer and the cable and charger still work with other devices, then the iPad Air can possibly need service: Apple - Support - Product Selection
