Q: Apple ID not associated with iTunes Connect

Hi,

I'm attempting to update an iBook using iBooks Author and in the PUBLISH phase the sign in page is telling me that my AppleID is not associated with the iTunes Connect account. I have updated the book several twice and not had a problem.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

This seems to be a bug in the system. Not recommended but turning off two factor authentication seems to allow a log-in with iBooks Author. Just off the phone with Apple support. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I've submitted a bug report. No news yet.
