Q: iPhone/iPad cannot enroll profile manager, but Mac laptop can.
Dear support,
Please kindly help as i've no idea how to do the troubleshooting
(OS X EI Capitan Version 10.11.5; Server version 5.1.5)
After installed the profile manager:
1. the iPhone/iPad will pending in the "active task" and seems cannot enroll successfully, but i can see the "wipe/lock" buttons in the iPhone.
2. for the Mac laptop, it can enroll successfully, but takes a long time to move on from "pending", need about several hours.
3. all actions such as lock/unlock/clear passcode are pending no matter it for Mac laptop or iphone.
It seems like the communication problem between the server and iPhone/laptop, i found some logs, but could not find solutions to fix the problem, there are too many types of logs, please tell me if you need some of it, i will post asap, thanks.
