I have been looking unsuccessfully for software to run with MAC iOS for our basement waterproofing business which does:
1. plans/drawings
2. costing/estimating
3. document management/production
4. contact management/progress chasing of quotations
5. job scheduling
6. job ordering
7. job scheduling
8. progress management
9. invoicing
10. post-completion support
11. servicing
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

MacBook Pro, iOS 9
iOS does not run on MacBook Pros. To find your Macintosh operating system, go to Apple menu -> Apple this Macintosh.
iOS is only for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Go to http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-2463 and select the operating system you are running.

Filemaker Pro is an excellent database program, but you can use any of a number of spreadsheets on that tip as well.
Peachtree accounting is an old favorite Mac accounting software, and there are others as well. Project management software for the Mac are compared on this page:

Note Classic refers to the old operating system on pre-mid2006 Macs as emulated, and pre-2004 Macs as a boot system. MacBook Pros can't run it.
