I can't use the IPhone yet after being shot, can I still access the cloud?

After I was shot in the head, I wasn't able to use my IPhone again. But once I regain my memory, I will resume. I the meantime I have been taken advantage of, and my "so" called boyfriend has used my ITunes account for himself & family. I see I have 5 devices using my account, and a student subscription? My SSI credit card is associated with ITunes, but I even after changing passwords, email address I am confused about how is gets into my account. Anyway. I am moving back to California and since this is just a rented laptop he will always have my info on the main computer unless I can get it deauthorized? I have a 4th gen IPod Susan Moore

Is sounds like you are going through a challenging period and now you think that your Apple ID is compromised. We certainly hope that your health continues to improve and you can once again use your iPhone.
