Q: I can't use the IPhone yet after being shot, can I still access the cloud?

After I was shot in the head, I wasn't able to use my IPhone again. But once I regain my memory, I will resume. I the meantime I have been taken advantage of, and my "so" called boyfriend has used my ITunes account for himself & family. I see I have 5 devices using my account, and a student subscription? My SSI credit card is associated with ITunes, but I even after changing passwords, email address I am confused about how is gets into my account. Anyway. I am moving back to California and since this is just a rented laptop he will always have my info on the main computer unless I can get it deauthorized? I have a 4th gen IPod Susan Moore

    Is sounds like you are going through a challenging period and now you think that your Apple ID is compromised. We certainly hope that your health continues to improve and you can once again use your iPhone. In the mean time, if you thing that your Apple ID is compromised and you want to regain control of your account, the following article will provide you with things to do.
