I see that whenever you try and enable Genius on your iPhone that it's automatically toggling back off. I use Genius all the time so I know how not having this feature would be frustrating. To get started with troubleshooting this issue I'd like you to please follow the steps below:
- Force the Music app to close: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Sign out of the iTunes Store: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID > Sign Out
- Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Sign back in to the iTunes Store: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign in
