I have an iPhone 6s + with latest IOS. Cancelled phone service and now my phone keeps popping up no SIM card installed then it goes away. How do I fix? I've had no service before and didn't have this issue.

Please check with your provider if there was any contract given while you purchased the device, if that's the case then you need a confirmation mail from the provider Stating device can be used with other sim, as until the contract is not over, ideally you cannot use any other sim in the device.
& if thats not the case then contact AppleCare of your respective country.
