How can I bring my Mac@App Store come back?

Initially I can not access Any Connection to IBM VPN outside IBM network. I have had a support and asked to delete my certificate, and asked me to raise a SAS VPN certificate when I came to IBM office. Now I even can not connect to Mac@IBM App Store. Any help will be appreciated? It's hard to get any help from Desk Help today and I need this network back for my weekend customer and next week customer support work.
