Q: dreamfall chapters download update for chapter 5?

We definitely want you to be able to get Chapter 5 after having the first 4. We can help point things in the right direction.
Since you already have Chapters 1-4, try checking your purchase history in the Mac App Store and see if it shows Chapter 5 there. Be sure to also check the Updates tab in the Mac App Store: Download your past purchases - Apple Support
Update the software on your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't show up as a download in the Mac App Store, then you may want to contact Dreamfall support since it's their content and they may have more information on why you're not seeing it:
