I have iOS 6.16.6 on my iPod and want to update to iOS 9.3.2

 

the instructions are not helping me

 

I'm not tech person . . need basic instructions

 

Items mentioned in instructions do not appear on my iPod

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6
