iOS 7.1.2 is the latest version that is supported on an iPhone 4.

You'll need a newer iPhone to go higher.

If you need this for an app that requires them then you will have to upgrade to newer hardware that is capable of running the newer versions of iOS. Your iPhone 4 is not capable doing that.
