    Hi

VoiceOver (an accessibility feature that includes Screen Curtain) has been activated on your wife's watch.

    • To disable VoiceOver:
      • On your wife's iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off each of VoiceOver and Screen Curtain.
      • Or use Siri: press and hold the Digital Crown until your wife feels a tap on her wrist > then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”

    • If the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for VoiceOver, your wife can also enable and disable the feature more conveniently:
      • On the watch: quickly press the Digital Crown (the round button) three times.

    • To configure the Accessibility Shortcut:
      • On your wife's iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut (at the bottom) > select / deselect VoiceOver.

On the watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.

You should then be able to re-pair it via the standard process, choosing to Restore from Backup during set up:
