I currently have numerous home automation products but none are currently supported. It would nice to know so I can begin utilizing it. Ideas would be Wink, Honeywell, Zwave, AT&T Digital Life, IP Cams, Pentair pool automation, Amazon Echo.

I don't know if it's still the case but you used to be able to set up Google alerts to notify you of new news on certain topics. You could try setting one up for HomeKit.
With Amazon Echo and Wink, they send out newsletters as new products come online that they support. Both Wink and Echo control products from numerous automation vendors.

You don't mention if you've looked at it but you may want to check out ifttt.com. It allows you to extend on a number of the devices you've mentioned. This has nothing to do with sending alerts but it's cool.
I use IFTTT but would really like a visual way to see everything at a glance like HomeKit appears to do. They just need to work with more vendors to include some of the more popular apps. The ones they support tend to be the most expensive in the market and therefore the majority of people don't have them.
Is there a way to get alerts as new products come online that support HomeKit?
