Please add a note to paragraph 4 "Which devices can be enrolled in DEP?"

Purchases made through Apple that do not have a customer ID attached to the order cannot be enrolled in DEP.

We made a purchase 4 years ago, which ordinarily would be eligible.

The omission of a customer ID on the order breaks the chain… and therefore breaks the enrollment opportunity.
