"iCloud music library cannot be enabled"

I just got the iPhone 6s Plus and I got everything back from iCloud backup except for my music library. I've tried to turn on "iCloud music library" several times and it shows "iCloud music library cannot be enabled", what do I do? Someone please help! Thank you!

Im having the same issue. I purchased a new MacBook Pro last night, it won't load my iCloud music library at all. I read online that an easy fix is to sign out of your Apple Music account on all your devices. I did that, and now I can't load my library on any of my devices at all. I'm hoping it's just a temporary server error. Very stressful.. I have years worth of music completely gone right now.

Did you ever solve this? I've had this problem for 2 months. I've contacted Apple support and it has been escalated to engineering and in 2 months there is no solution. I've tried everything I've found in the Apple Support forums, everything that Apple Support senior advisor suggested including restoring iPhone and iPad as new devices, etc. I've tried enabling iCloud music library about 3 to 30 times daily and nothing seems to work.
