Q: Cannot download my purchase

I purchased "Believeland" from the TV show ESPN Films: 30 for30, Vol. 3 from the iTunes Store on my Windows PC. I have followed every instruction and have been trying to download my purchase for the past three hours and nothing works. Every time I try to download my purchase I get an error message: "Your request cannot be processed. Error code: 5105"

PLEASE HELP

    Hello Ticklemonster,


    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. 


    It is my understanding that when you try to download an episode you purchased, you are receiving the error "Your request cannot be processed. Error code: 5105". I know how much I like to watch my shows too! 

     

    I recommend quitting iTunes completely. Then right click (control + click) on the iTunes icon and select Run as administrator. Then try downloading your episode again.
