How to reset Windows 8 admin password without disk?

Hello, I like the look of macbook-but I want user friendly Windows..... so, I installed Windows 8 on my Mac pro. Somehow, the password was changed on the admin account. Thankfully, the guest account is on so I can still use the Mac pro. I tried going to the given site to reset Windows 8 password but that did not work. I forgot my Windows 8 admin password, is there any way that I can reset or recover forgotten Windows 8 admin password on my Mac pro?

Thanks!

Hello! A Windows 8 guest account has no permission to change admin account’s password. If you forgot Windows 8 admin password and have no that previously-created password-reset disk, you can reset or remove the forgotten admin password using a Windows 8 startup/installation disc (not reinstall system) or using a Windows password recovery disk. This guide specifically shows how to do that with the both methods. http://www.isumsoft.com/windows-8/forgot-windows-8-password-no-reset-disk.html

If you have a pre-created password reset disk before, then you can easily reset your Windows 8 with it.

You might need a Windows 8 recovery media to perform a Windows 8 'Reset'. Resetting your PC re-installs Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC. For more details, you may refer to the link below:

In case you do not have Windows recovery media, you may create one for your computer by following instructions from the link below:

Hello, but how to create a USB flash reset disk? I do have a 4GB flash drive, can I use it to make a reset disk?

If you don't want to use a CD or USB disk, try this sticky keys trick to reset your lost password:

When coming to use a bootable media, you have many free choices: Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, Ophcrack, Ubuntu Live CD, Hiren's BootCD, PCLogin Now and more.

The last resort is restore your system to a backup point or perform a clean install.

Good luck!
