Q: My hands free keeps loosing the bluetooth connection during phone calls.

My hands free keeps loosing the bluetooth connection during phone calls.  Its frustrating because I'm usually on a business call.  The other person is still on the line and usual isn't aware I can't hear them.  I didn't start having this problem until the latest update on my iPhone 5.  I'm using a VXi VoxStar headset.  It's maybe a year old.   Anyone else?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

    I would test it with another phone to verify that it's the iPhone 5 which is at fault and not just a defect which just began at about the same time as you upgraded

    if you look for patterns you usually find them, so one should always keep an open mind because patterns are not always the cause
