where i can find the details of case raised by technician team at iplanet.

Hi folks,

Could you please help me to see the status of case raised by technician team at iplanet regarding the replacement of phone. Technician told me at iplanet that they can't show me as this is confidential between esclation team and them. They have just me given me case id (5249610). The issue was gland seal has poped out from top-right corner without any physical damage. I think this issue should cover in quality of material or manfacturing fault.
