MacBook Pro 2013 in restart loop or simply freezes

Hello!

my mbp 2013 is running the latest OS X version, and every few weeks the entire os is freezing, restart causing weird messages to appear and than a black screen which causes another restart.

i tried the disk utilitys first aid but now even when I see the desktop everything freezes after 2 seconds

i dont know what to do anymore..

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you've come to the forum because your Mac's experiencing kernel panics that definitely needs to be fixed. Those kind of messages sure can be concerning but we have troubleshooting to be done to get your MacBook Pro working as it supposed to again.

OS X: When your computer spontaneously restarts or displays "Your computer restarted because of a problem."

If the steps in that article hasn't fixed the problem, let me know.
