Q: iTunes 12.4.1

New iMac running OS 10.11.5 updated iTunes to 12.4.1 have now lost ny side bard and devices also with no visible sync botton for iPhone or iPad pro.

Please advise

Hello BillWood,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From your post, I understand that you are no longer able to see the sidebar in iTunes and there is no visible sync button for your iPhone or iPad Pro. I know how important it is for you to be able to sync your devices to iTunes.
I recommend following the steps in the following article to sync your devices with the latest version of iTunes:
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB

Also, to view the sidebar again, open iTunes then click View and select Show Sidebar.
