Links in Facebook crash and Safari pages keep reloading/crashing even with iOS 9.3.2

Ive got ios 9.3.2 and links in Facebook keep crashing still. And whenever I'm trying to browse in safari or chrome the pages keep reloading. Sometimes only ones or twice but other times it reloads until the phone crashes and terminates all apps and sends me to the home screen. Sometimes even shurting down the webpage. There were a few days where was at its worst but then it stopped after the phone automatically just reset (like holding home and power button at the same time). But it doesn't work when I do it my self. Right now it's slightly back. Especially with the Facebook links crashing. But my safari page actually did have to reload for some reason while I was typing this question On my iPhone. This is very annoying because I can't browse on my phone. It actually gets to the point where every other webpage just keeps reloading until the phone crashes.

Im using an iPhone 6+.

I Don't know how to fix it, and I thaught this was a problem in iOS 9.3. I'm using 9.3.2

It was not a problem in 9.3, it is a problem with your phone. which is why 9.3.2 didn't fix it. As a first step, delete the Facebook app, reboot your phone by holding the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears, and reinstall the FaceBook app by downloading it with the App Store app on the phone.

For Safari, open Safari, press the HOME button, wait a second, the double-press the HOME button and swipe up on the Safari screen image. Then go to Settings/Safari and tap Clear History and Website Data. Reboot again.

If the problem persists after these steps, restore iOS using iTunes and set up the phone as New. Do not restore your backup, as the problem is most likely in the data being backed up.
