Q: i tried purchase online to upgrade my icloud storage 4 times unsuccess eventhough a SMS sent to me that a transaction has been made on my card at ITUNES
i made the purchase online to upgrade my i cloud storage of 50G 1 dollar but the request wasn't successful and it said could not make the payment right now , i tried that 4 times , and after few minutes i received SMS message stating that a transaction of USD 1 has been made on your electron card at ITUNES.COM 4 times.
so please advice why my icloud storage wasnt upgraded and even though my account has been charged 4 times?

It is possible that these charges you see are simply a hold, and that the actual transactions have been refused. See this support document for an explanation of temporary holds on a credit card. iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support
