Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! If I understand correctly, you are unable to play any music from Apple Music. I listen to music all day while working and know how important it is to be able to play what you want to hear.
The first thing I would recommend would be to restart the computer and see if that helps.
If the issue continues, be sure you are up-to-date with both OS X and iTunes. The current version of OS X is 10.11.5. You can find the version currently installed on the computer by clicking on the Apple Logo in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About This Mac. You can find instructions on how to upgrade here:
The current version of iTunes is 12.4.1. If you open iTunes, then click on iTunes > About iTunes from the menu bar, a window will open providing the current version. The latest version can be found here:
If everything is up-to-date, then I would recommend re-installing iTunes. This can be done by downloading iTunes from the previous link and running the installer. This will not affect any of the music on your computer, but it is a good idea to back everything up first. It is always a good idea to have a backup. Your computer has software on it called Time Machine. It is fantastic software for backing up your computer. Information on how to use Time Machine is available here:
Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac.
Thank you for using Apple Communities!
