Q: My headphones are too loud

I just purchased a pair of NCREDIBLE1 Bluetooth headphones from RadioShack this afternoon.  When I tried them out, I found them to be LOUD.  As in, the lowest volume setting is a bit louder than is comfortable(for me, anyway).  This is only on the Bluetooth setting, however, for when I turned the bluetooth part off and just plugged them into my iPhone using the included cord, the volume was just like any other pair.  I tried using the "volume limit" option on the iPhone itself, but it turns out that the headphones have their OWN volume that is entirely separate from the iPhone's normal volume, and that activates when they are connected!  This is most aggravating, as there is no point in owning Bluetooth headphones if I have to plug them in to use them.  I am using an iPhone 5s, IOS 9.3.2, 64 GB.

    Hi!

So this seams to be quite a problem for you. I would recommend either calling the manufacture's tech support requesting a fix or replacement, or just returning them and getting a different pair of headphones

Update: I have tried the headphones with my iPhone, an original iPad Mini, an iPod nano, and an Android smartphone, and have noticed an important difference: with the iPhone and iPad Mini, both the volume controls on the headphones and the controls on the device control one volume, that is too loud.  On the other hand, with the Android and the nano, the headphone volume adjusts the volume entirely separate from the device's volume, which allows me to adjust the volume however I want.  So, it looks like my "problem" is just the newer Apple devices attempting to be clever.  Ah, well...  I'm taking the NCREDIBLE1 headphones back and getting a set of Skullcandy headphones instead.  Thanks for your help (:
