Jun 25, 2016 5:01 PM in response to Bud52by Rysz,If you're iPad is "seeing" your iPhone, then you already have the app installed and activated on your iPhone.
If the message to update the app is actually coming from iTunes on your computer - ignore it. It's an error. Delete the app from iTunes to stop the reminders.

Jun 25, 2016 6:09 PM in response to Ryszby Malignance,I just want to add the what Rysz said, swipe down from the top of the screen to search your iPhone for the app. Alternatively you can launch the app store, in the search bar, search find my phone and open it from there.
As a last resort if you still can't find the app on your device I suggest you try this.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout > Reset Home Screen.
