Iphone behaves wiered

Hello,

I have a Iphone 4 which all of a sudden started behaving wiered,the display on the screen shows lines all around and it doesn't works,then i have to press the lock key and again open it. Then for a min or so it will work fine and again the same thing happens.

Any solution for this issue.
