Q: Getting trouble for format MacBook Pro 2009r
HI
i have MacBook Pro 2009 and just want to format when I try to format doing as same process as he need. But when I try to install Yosemite 10 versions it requires Apple ID to confirm and I have Apple ID but when I put that msg shown on screen that this is temporary unavailable please try again later.
so need help what should Be the best option for me and how I can get out of this msg and install it ...plz need help asap..

That message means that ID you tried to uses was not the one previously used.
You can:
What to do before selling or giving away your Mac - Apple Support
- or insert Snow Leopard DVD or the install DVD that came with the Mac and erase/format the startup disk and install OSX fro disk and then upgrade to El Capitan. If earlier than Snow Leopard you will have to purchase the SL install DVD
