Thanks for reaching out to the Apple support community. I know how important it is to keep you phone up and running, so I'll do all I can to help. If your Phone has been unresponsive and won't boot up you'll want to try to hard reset it to start. This will not delete anything but will Shut down all running processes on your device including errors, and then reboot it. To do this all you have to do is remove anything plugged into the phone, and then press and hold both the home and power Button at the same time for about 30 seconds or until you see the Apple Logo.
If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to use recovery mode to restore your phone from a backup. The articles below will walk you through the steps to do so.
