Where to send product feedback to Apple:
Apple lost $$ on the 1-1 program. As a shareholder, I approve... as a user, I am disappointed that they did not promote it well enough to make it a going concern.
Avail yourself of the Workshops - then ask questions of the presenter at the end of the session - this may be your only option.
If you have paid and have not received the full term, you must contact the Apple Retail Store MANAGER for relief.
