Q: AirPrint issues with printer

Hi I have an iPhone 6S on the latest software and an Epson Xp-235 which will not connect together.

When I brought the product it does say it can be connected with an IOS device to print using "AirPrint" and it did for a few days but now it doesn't work at all it keeps saying "No AirPrint printers found" I've tried searching online and followed steps but still nothing; I've even used the Epson connect app on my device which works fine but I use safari more so I don't want to keep using that app.

If anyone could help I would strongly appreciate it,

Thanks.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

    Hello Paynie98,

Thank you for being part of the Apple Community!

If I understand correctly, you are unable to print from your iPhone to your AirPrint capable printer.  Being able to print directly from your phone is a great feature so I certainly understand wanting to make this work correctly.

The first thing I would recommend is to follow the steps listed here:

    About AirPrint

Be sure to go through the section "If you can't print to your AirPrint printer" carefully.

If the issue continues, be sure you have a current backup of everything on your iPhone.  If you follow this link, you will find instructions on how to do a backup:

How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes.

Once the backup is finished, I would suggest resetting all settings.  Reset All Settings resets preference files that may be having issues. This step will not delete your contacts or photos or any personal information. It does remove all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy, and removes your Touch ID & Passcode.

You Reset All Settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Once the iPhone restarts, try to print.

    Have a great day!
