Q: Security questions
my iMessage has been logged onto an unknown device, iPod touch. I don't know how to delete the device & I have used all my security question tries due to there being no 'forgotten answers' option under the security question

You can contact Apple Support for help since you do not see the option to reset your questions. If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
