Q: there is a charge on my card for 11.99 that should be there.  I need this taken off immediately!!

I need to get in contact with someone that can assist me with getting a charge that I didn't place on my credit card.

    You need to contact iTunes Support. Also, are you seeing this in your bank statement, or in your purchase activity/history in your iTunes account? Or did you receive an email stating this purchase was just made? iTunes support, https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

     

    I ask this since many phishing attempts for iTunes and Apple ID passwords is an email sent that you had made purchases, and if you wanted to dispute it, you needed to log in with a link from the email. That email link is fraudulent and is designed to get your Apple ID and password to exploit your account.
