Q: Can't restore iPad

Hi,

 

After too many wrong passwords, our iPad is disabled.

 

Have tried all the restore methods I could find online an in the KB like this one If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

have also deleted de lockdown folder Reset the Lockdown folder in iTunes - Apple Support

have updated the firmware manually http://osxdaily.com/2015/09/19/update-ios-9-manually-itunes-firmware/

 

This is were i'm stuck: i connect the ipad to itunes in recovery mode but itunes asks to allow "this computer to access your ipad". Of course as the ipad is disabled, impossible to respond on the ipad.

 

Any help would be welcome.
