Q: ID problem with iTunes Connect and iBooks Author

I had to publish an update of my ebook via iBooks author, when connecting with iTunes Connect the password for my ID to give me the wrong. So I reset a new pass. I find now in iTunes Connect two accounts with the same ID but two passwords to access different. This doubling of my ID on iTunes Connect will create a conflict with iBooks Author and trying to public my ebook with both two IDs, give me error of the IDs and passwords and tell me to create an iTunes Connect account.

 

Please help me figure out how I can solve this huge problem.

For a couple of days that I can not update my ebook.
