Q: iBooks will not copy to iPad anymore

All of my iBooks used to copy through iTunes to my iPad. All of a sudden, all of the PDF files I had in iBooks and on my iPad disappeared from my iPad. They are still there in iBooks, but wiped off my iPad. What's up?
