Apple id password need to change regularly?

Have anyone similar problem, or information about the reason. I have few times a week to reset my Apple ID password for some unknown reason, and it is so XXXX a lot of bad words... annoying. "Apple id has been locked for security reasons" or "You can´t sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons". Are those some jokes or what?

Of course it´s the easiest way to stop using Apple services but I would like to find some explanation too. I am the only who uses this laptop. 👿User uploaded file

Is it possible when you do go to login, you don't remember the correct password and have to enter it multiple times?

If yes, this is why you are having to reset so frequently.

More info:

If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support

If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services.

Suggestion:

Get a password manager to help you with your passwords. You should never use a password on more than one site. This makes it impossible for a user to keep up with passwords. Personally I use 1Password, but Dashlane and Keeper are two others you might want to check out.
